Nicely done Rick, but, you should have no trouble hanging it. Try applying two hangers on the back of it, but keep them level to each other. Don't try attaching the hangers at two different levels, that's just a nightmare in the making. The level hangers will hold the piece level, as long as the pins it hangs on are. Using the two hangers will negate the need of using the wire, and would make it so that a backer isn't needed either. Len
  7. Iggy, you'll get lost with all of that space. A bandsaw would probably suit you better, a tablesaw would be overkill if its main use is for scrolling purposes. Len
  8. Ralph, it's an outstanding cutting, definitely one to be proud of. Len
  9. Nicely done Kevin. Len
  10. Nicely done Rob, just the right amount of detail. Len
  11. Dick, what an outstanding cutting, you got everything there was to get out of this pattern. Len
  12. Dick, I think your wife was right, it does look better framed. And the frame you made look great, the style is right on for this type of cutting. Len
  13. Welcome back Bobby. Len

Very nice, and time consuming to make! Len
  15. John, with the heat we've been suffering through lately, I soon expect our butterflies to start looking like this one. Len
  16. Kris, you sure like detail, this is an amazing piece. Len
  17. Nicely done Denny, I see you notch the birds for mounting on the perch, I do the same thing. Len
  18. That's an outstanding cutting Ralph, you did an amazing job cutting all of those letters. What do you plan to use to hold the pieces together? And if you don't mind me asking, where did you get this pattern from? Yours looks so good, thatI think I might like to try cutting one out myself. Len
  19. Jim, it's a cute little reindeer. Len
  20. Nicely done Kevin. Len
  21. Cute cutting Dick, but, a very controversial message in some situations. Here in Canada the gun laws are much more strict, I wish they would lighten up a bit as I'd like to own a few hand guns of my own. I still could with the laws being what they are, but, what a person has to go through to get a permit is pure misery. Then if you buy the handgun, you have to get a special permit just to take it to the gun range. And even with the permit, you're only allowed to have the gun out for a certain amount of hours. It's a nightmare. Len
  22. Kevin, $65.00 per set, what does a set include? Is it two chairs and a table, one chair and a table, or what? Either way, if your expected to supply the materials and the work, then $65.00 just isn't enough money. I know things are tight Kevin, but, there's no sense in working just to break even. You've been doing this wood thing for many years now, and you know how much it costs to make things. Your going to have to start charging more for your work. Don't let people tell you how much they'll pay, instead, tell them how much you want and stick to it. If they won't pay you what you want/need, then they are just taking advantage of you and your situation. Len
  23. Nicely done Ralph, your granddaughter is a lucky lady to have you making things like this for her. Len
  24. Larry, have you ever had this problem before now, could you always gain access to Steve's site? Len
  25. Dick, it sure looks as if you've got your hands on how to use the dreaded spirals, this is a fantastic looking tiger. Len
