I see some holes but how did you do this,the letters fit like a glove.That's incredible work!I'd love to do work like this but have no idea how to make things fit that tight,that's some majic you have.You guy's know all the tricks ,come on own up how did you doit.I took a deep breath thinking about this.

  15. It took an hour to cut .I'm not sure what kind of wood it is ,but it smells like pine ,and hard so maybe it's yellow pine.I used a used blade so i don't know the number of it.very quiet cuting wood .

  17. i have an refridgerator condensor cooling fan sitting on the drill press and another fan behind me and the a.c. vent next to me.No dust goes in my nose!The dust you do see is the heavy dust ,there's no fine dust mixed in it .Anything that floats the a.c.filter catchs.i never sneeze or smell wood

Hello Jim, I don't know how you did the colored picture on the box on the top but it belongs on the sistine chaple ceilng with michael angelo's other works.superb job.I'd love to see a works in progress on that fine job.Your amazing!Is the ring wood burnt,who'd have ever thought of to burn a ring .You are something else with these brainstorm ideas!Made your first million yet.Once you do the second ones easyer!Great job Jim.
