  1. Hello Fellow Michigander, Welcome to the Village. Be sure to look around and check out our pattern library. Any questions...…………..just ask. The guys and gals here are always willing to help. Chelcass
  2. Food for thought! There are a zillion Christmas ornaments. Thanksgiving is really lacking, Easter could use a few, along with St. Patrick's Day. Halloween is pretty well covered although I would like to see a few skeletons. How about some kind of Birthday ornaments? Just a few things that popped into my head. As far as pattern designers it looks like we are missing Bobscroll and Birchbark...……..hint hint...………….lol
  3. They look awesome Kevin, thank for sharing.
  4. FYI: Charles Dearing is selling his patterns again. He has a facebook account where you can reach him.
  5. Beautiful. Have you checked with Family dollar, Dollar General or Dollar Tree if these stores are in your area they should have the lights you want. Most any craft shop will have these lights.
  6. Looks really good to me. Remember we are our own worst critics. you did a fine job.
  7. Thanks Dick. I made it of a gal friend who loves fish and wanted a smallish sun catcher for her window so this is what I came up with.
  8. Finished and ready to ship to N.Y.
  9. Stained it with Early American stain. Interesting how it stained the wood. High and low coloring, I actually like it. Now to seal and Bling out.w
  10. Still a WIP, it's cut, sanded just need to stain and add the bling. Going to a gal friend in N.Y. who is going to some rough times right now. Thanks Bob for doing the pattern for me I really appreciate it.

  14. If you have a local charity looking for donations this would be perfect. Something to consider.
  15. Here are a couple of pieces I have made for a Valentine day swap in one of my Plant groups. One pattern is Russ's(the flower pot) and I don't think he put it in the Library (I really can't find it) and I really need it, and the cupid is Bobscroll, sorry I don't remember who did the heart. Thanks guys I love your patterns.
  16. I remember my Aunt had one back in the 50's. If you look at the sites provided there are pictures of the napkin holder with out the napkins. Looks like it is a couple of pieces put together. Looks like it would be fairly simple to make. I bet one of you guys could make one...………………...anyone up for the challenge?? :)
  17. Beautiful, I think when I cut this I will paint it to bring out the birds and flowers. Thanks for sharing.

  23. Finished and ready to go. I used 1/2 inch Poplar . Works really well for ornaments. Very little clean up and takes stain very nicely. Two are done in Driftwood and the other (Sadie) in English ivy I believe. Thanks again Russ for the awesome patterns.
