  3. I have a vac. hooked on my x21 and it really helps keep down the dust. I am well satified with this set up , the vac is a little noisy but I got useto it. IKE
  4. I had one and it ran good for 2 years and then everythin happend . It vibrated a lot and made the noise as yu discribe it was still under in the warent area. so Itook it to a repair shop that was 4 month ago and the repair shop is still waiting on parts in lthe mean time I bought a new saw and it wasn't a delta.   6. I use the pin vice to clear out the small holes when the pattern doesn't allow the blade to go thru. My drill press will except up to 032 drill bits . I used a drill adaptor befor I got this drill IKE
  7. nnice worrk trames can be a pain you have to get the 45* correct and the feght the same My old saw is about 40 years old and you have to be realcareful setting the 45* but yours looks great. IKE

  9. BEST BET IS BUY A NEW ONE. THEY ARE LIKE OT;HER TOOLS THEY WEAR OUT, UNLESS IT HAS COLETS ITN IT , OTHER WISE JUST BUY A NEW ONE. i HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS IN THE MACHINE SHOP AND THEY DO WEAR OUT. AMAZON HAVE THEM FOR $8 TO $12 ike

  12. I made a mop useing 150 grit sandpaper. I use it on my benchtop drill press, next to the slowest speed. when I sand puzzzles I use my mouse , and then the sanding mop. on the part that you showed I am very carefull when sanding with the mop. no on it getting away from you it happens but I have a sheet of cardboard sert up so The part will hit the Cardboard.. I haven't broke a part since. blut with me saying that my next one will probably be broke, and that is part of the business but not on a regular basis. Ive used this ;mop for the past 3 years and it still looks good. IKE
  13. a nother is the tail on the poodle . It is a seperate piece and I have made it solid with the letters . I found out from a customer they lod=st it so I gave her a nother puzzle the next week at church. all is well here the wife is in bad shape but that has been going on for some time. I did do a couple small of farmer markets, got about $100 each day . nothing to brag about but is more than I had to start with. ike

  20. Krank I made the frame it is a piece of 3X1 pine I have neveseen that before.( @ 81 probably have but I don't remember) I got it at Home dopot and it cost $0.98 IKE

  23. I have used olson blades for years and the last ones I got were not up to par. I have gotten 4 doz of FDblades and see ;how they work Ihave tried pagas blades in the past and went back to olsons. O see jpw tjese Fd baades work out . whenn trying pegas blades I broke a lot of tlhem, IKE
