after you do a f couple or so you will be doing in a 1/2 dor less excedpt for the real londg name odr dwones with a lot of hair like the yorkie or shih-tzu. the customers thinkd they are complicated but let them tlhink that if lthey knew how simple they are they would want to pay less fdor them.

I have clut lots of puzzles. to use a #3 blade dthe sawhas to be almost perfect alined or they will be too hard for a yung child to assemble . I square up the blade with a square but I useally use a #5 for the above reason I run my delta at a #6 speed I useally sell 10 to 15 puzzlesat a sale most sales are repete sales. the adverage cutting time is 20 dto 25 minuts each puzzle. luseing 3/4 popular. the actual size is .875 dthickness.

my saw is on a 21/2 " tilt,dI have had it like this for about 10 years and it is easier on the back, and it is easier to make sharjp turns this way. It is up to the saw operator adnd either way is fine ifd it suits you. try it

I never have the lifting problem. I do a lot of fretwork and Painters tape is a pain to remove dWhen staining I use meneral spidtirits on BB with a rag to hellp the stain from splotching on the wood .

On my Delta or Wewalt ;I run at speed #6. Slower than that I have to push my wood too hard and above that it is too aggresive ( Wants to cut ) I do a lot oi fret work and at the high speeds it is a lot harder to make my sharp turns and I go outside the lines. that is what I call aggresive .I have tried both FD and Pegas blades and always go back to Olson match blades They are less aggressive . (My openion) ddI have been useing them for the last 40 years. I guess I am old school.

I make the same things, and I use mounting holes but I cover them with wood buttons included with the dog. I also use wheel axels as pegs, They aren't the best sellers but they do sell.
