  1. Yep very proud and red, I'd been outside putting in a wooden side gate for the son I built the frame fitted all the hinges and latches took 4 hours in the sun red as a beetroot. I went to see the grand daughter ended up working, still it will stop her getting out when she starts walking. Roly

  5. Hi Roy I went to see her yesterday she's now 12 weeks and a lovely and sunny day it was as well . Here's the first pic shown on line of her and me.

Next week I will be doing my first ever Craft Show a bit nervous don't have any idea what to take so I'm doing everything in threes and see what goes and then replace them, I thought about all kinds of pricing and came up with these small wooden labels in ply and red oak and the price wood burn't into to place in front of goods. Who knows you might like them. Roly

  20. Wrong Larry there 5" tall x 3 1/2" wide 1/4 thick I only put things on here for people to share so copy away. oh and a slot in the base glued in to make it stable. Roly

  24. Great idea Kev I give the small one's away but sell the larger ones. Perhaps I should call myself the Phantom cross maker and leave a few laying around. lol

Yes Dan it's 1/4" thick I had a load of red oak planks 5" wide and white oak the same which believe it or not comes from a man who makes coffins and it's off cuts, then I cut up some table legs in maple to make the maple cross. I always make a cross from every piece of wood I get don't know why it's a habit but a good one. I make template to draw around so easy. Roly
