  5. They are all very well done.
  6. WOW! That is cool and a wonderful job. Ha, I would still be working on the bottom section! Truth be told, I don't think I would attempt the project. Cutting straight lines a 45 deg. angle on a scroll saw would have to be very difficult, especially the length of the cuts you were dealing with. Those cuts would even be difficult on a table saw because they are compound cuts, Well done, Dick. I do not see where I could help you. Congratulation on a wonderful piece of art!
  7. He da man!! Nice job.
  8. That sign is certainly a beauty. Nice work all around. I printed out a bowl pattern yesterday because I like to have a couple projects at a time to work on. Discovered I am out of 1/4" wood. Guess I will not start if for a little while.
  9. I agree, where possible glue bare wood together.

  19. That may be how he did it, I hope to go and actually look it over this week and have him tell me how he did it.
  20. That really turned out beautiful, Steve.
  21. But I helped! My friend, Ron Smith, is a very good segmented bowl maker/turner. A while back he asked if I would help him make a bowl that he was wanting to do. He brought me some wood and silhouette patterns for animals he wanted to use on the bowl and wanted to see if I thought I could cut them. The hardest part of cutting them was having him watch me the would time. But we had a great time in the shop and he got what he wanted. He just sent me these pictures of his finished product.
