Charley, I have not had time yet, been working on committed projects, but I fully intend to do it next year, fact thanks for reminding me so I can add it to my New Years Resolution list. And thanks again for all the work you put in on writing how you do it.

I have read quite a bit lately about using a clear adhesive shelf liner versa blue tape. Come in a roll. suppose to remove easier, be cheaper and easier to apply. I'm going to give that a try soon. Before using blue tape, I cleaned the residue with mineral spirits. It cleans it good, but you have to wait a long time for it to dry before you can do anything else on the project.

I use a "Mac Mop" from Klingspor. Works great.

I didn't notice the on collection on the top, which means the dust created on top is just blown into the air. I think that is where the most you breath is generated. Unless you could modify it to suck the top dust also, I would pass. Just my opinion. Other than that, I like what I see.

Yes dust collection is very important. Dust from the basement shop seem to make all through the house. Good thing is, who cares what the weather is outside?

There was one like that for sale here in the NW a couple months ago. If Roif had lived closer, I would have notified him because around that time he was wanting a saw he could take to shows or somewhere. He is a Hawk fan and maybe would have been the thing for that.

John, I had that very thought! I'm thinking our tax dollars pay for those insignias and everything else related to the military. But I have read some where that one of the pattern vendors did not carry patterns for the Marine Corps, because the USMC felt they own the copyrights and wanted royalties for everyone sold. Fact I wrote the vendor and asked why they didn't have a Marine pattern and that was the response I received. That was several years ago.

They would look nice in my yard! If you were to use Baltic Birch or some marine plywood, they would do fine outdoors. for years. But then they would cost more. As lone as the owner keeps them painted, they should last a long time. I didn't know Sasquash had found DB Coopers money.

That is some professional looking work!.. I love the frames and have always liked when matting is put around the picture. I want to learn how to do that.

Not sure, why or when, the change, but, I really like having the optional ways to view the patterns. There are also more sort options than I remember being there before.

Great cutting, Steve. I have been working on that same Frog. Kind of a filler project to work on while I wait for the glue to dry on another project. I like the green. Seems to fit a frog... Great looking truck also. We must be in the same groove only I am a little be hind you. I just printed a pattern of a '66 Ford pickup the other day. Of all the trucks I owned in my life my little '66 was my very, very favorite.

Yes, I wanted to do it with a "hammered silver" paint I had but I used it up on my wheelbarrow wheel. So I was digging in the back of my paint cupboard and came out with the "Dupli-color High Heat with Ceramic" spray paint, good to 1200 Degrees!!! I have no idea where it came from, has to be 20+ years old but it worked... I need to use it up so I can find out what kind of marble is in there...
