    But some people don't have the facilities to cut wood like others . So good price for them.

    The puzzle cutting is one aspect of scroll work that I have no knowledge about at all. Looks like it would be fun and your certainly look very nice. Do people buy patterns for cutting the pieces, or do they all make them on computers like you do or do some just start cutting them "free hand"? Sooo much to learn and soooo little time.

    I believe it will turn gray over time. I'd talk to a boat person. Lot's of teak is used on boats. I think there is a Teak Oil for it, but like all outside stuff it has to be reapplied occasionally. Never mind! Early in the morning and only my first cup of coffee. I read Cypress, when I pressed reply, by brain turned to Teak..... forget what I said above. I will now start on my second cup of coffee.

    I have two bench mount magnifying/light thingys. one is florescent the other LED. The LED on cost more than twice the florescent, but I like it much better. But i still have to fiddle with adjusting it but I am use to that. The LED on has glass lenses versa plastic which is a big difference. I have not tried the head piece thing.

    I'm thinking the "painless blades" is what is being pointed out here. I see a lot of mistakes like this in book, online news and and all sorts of things. Editors relying on a spell check, that only checks the spelling but if the wrong word is used, but the word is spelled correctly it is not flagged.. One of the draw backs of automation and everyone in a big hurry to get.... nowhere.
