  5. I use a pdf and print in poster mode. Looks like there is many ways to achieve this goal.
  6. Interesting ideas. Like the end product you produced.
  7. Cindy welcome to the forum. would check to see if there is a small crack or split in the bellows. Seems once it gets warmed up the problem shows. Just a thought.
  8. Great advice has been given. I have worked with Paduak. This wood is very oily and that is what causes the bleed. You can try the above with a skip tooth blade and slow feed rate. Did you wrap the piece with packing tape? Between the skip tooth, slow feed and packing tape should help reduce the heat. Thinking is lower heat less bleed caused by the heat of the blade.
  9. I have ran into this on certain patterns with thin and tight lines. I keep several colored high lighters on my bench. I high light the area and it helps distinguish the blade from the line I am cutting. Other people I know print the pattern in a different color ( red ) so the blade stands out no matter. Hope this helps some.
  10. Normally refurbished by the manufacturer comes with a 1 year warranty. Worth checking to be sure though.

  16. I use these in my shop. They do a decent job. But you still to protect yourself with a good mask. That ultra fine stuff still floats around. All depends n what your working with, some are more harmful then others.
  17. I went through this after having surgery for Ulner nerve damage in both arms. Patience is a must to get through it. Prays for a quick and complete recovery for you.
  18. I have been following this. Can't get the link to wr but have the originals cd's. That is my only concern. BTW there are 4 of them.

  20. Nice to you back into the swing of things. Heep going brother !
  21. I have recovered some nice wood from pallets for smaller projects. It all depends on what they were used for though. Anything marked for vegetables etc I stay away from. Shipping is another story though.
  22. I have been using the FD spirals. Just got some of the New Spirals about a month ago. I don't use them a lot but I am happy with them.
  23. Sounds like a great idea. Baltic Birch would be a good choice.Size would depend on the number of guests. Would love to see a photo of the finished project. You would also need to figure out what kind of joinery you would use. Best of everything with a project as special as this.
