    It's 104 on our front porch today. We are sweltering and only a mile from the ocean. Not a whisper of air movement. It's not been fun here. I've not ventured out to my shop in over a week.

    I have them on both of my Ex's and very happy with them. I noticed a considerable difference in vibration. I find it much easier to mount blades with them and the flip lever is much smoother. At $200 I might have to really think about it but I'd surmise that everything costs more in NZ so maybe you are used to paying more. Denny Knappen has them on sale right now so that may help.     It's a lot easier to delegate than do it all yourself. If you could have someone else keep your shop spic & span while you created things, I'll bet your shop would look just like that warehouse.

    Anybody who is thinking of buying the new Scrollnado, you can buy the cyclone portion of it from Aliexpress for about $5. The rest of the kit is pretty much just plastic hose. If you are at all industrious you can probably put one together for under $20.

    The odd thing was, he was the slob of our 4 kids. Never put stuff away and the inside of his car was nothing but sports equip. He went into the Army to get a college education. Four years and out. Then he excelled so much in boot camp that they offered him OCS or the Old Guard. OCS would have meant a 6 year commitment and that was not gonna happen so he opted for Old Guard. He loved it. Spit and polish all the time. They had a press room in every barracks. The guys had to press their uniforms 3 times a day. Now, he manages one of the MLB ballparks. And it is always in pristine condition. Or someone's head will roll. LOL>

    Thanks Frank. I did just look at H/D for project panels and I see they are $45/box. Not bad if I start selling the boxes but I'm not sure that will happen. Much appreciate your feedback.

    I must hand it to everybody for all your great work and creativity. We truly have a gifted group here on The Village. Cudos to everybody. Keep the beautiful work coming. I see many items here that I will be begging you for your patterns. Or at least your sources. Thank you to all.

    18 gauge is pretty heavy. How about one of us down here in the states shipping a H/F 23 gauge Banks up to you. I'd think with shipping and all we should be able to get it to you for $60 or less. I bought mine on sale for under $30. They have a 20% off sale for this weekend.

    Are you having problems clamping/holding the blades? If so, give your FIL a try. Otherwise, you have no choice at this point, so you'll have to upgrade.
