  1. Hey there Paul, Thank you for showing and sharing the outstanding piece. AS usual your craftsmanship is spot on. I always enjoy and appreciate seeing exceptional work that the SSV family exhibits here at the village. and you sir never disappoint us Have a blessed day, Jack.
  2. Hay there Kevin Are the Gaby names Inlayed? Very nice indeed, thanks for sharing Jack
  3. It sounds good on paper, however It has been my experience that the majority of my sales come from impulse buyers. When buyers see something that rings their bell they want it now....Placing an order and having to wait, tends to put them off the sale. Plus the pieces you have hanging on your walls in your home are there for a reason. The personal attachment tends to put a higher price tag on the piece. In my opinion. I know your father and you will figure it all out by show time. Your families talent and craftsmanship is unlimited. and anything you bring to the show will do well. Best of luck Jack
  4. So sorry to hear about your trouble. Good news on the saw helps off set your anger though. Don't feel too bad about those people who were angry about holding them up, thats what the one finger salute is for. Really makes you feel better. lol
  5. Outstanding project Dick. Your talent and patience diffidently shows through on this piece. The wife should be very pleased with this one. Jack
  6. Great looking apron. That must have been some size cup of coffee. Some words of wisdom. When drinking coffee one must open mouth before tipping cup...(don't ask me how I know this) As we gently move forward in life nothing surprises me anymore.... Have a great and blessed day
  7. Hey Marge, Blame it on Terry.... It's his fault you went into the garage to ask him something.... If you didn't go in there you wouldn't have picked it up, and it wouldn't have broke...... Sorry Terry, Iam on Marge's side... That's how my wife would access it. Not a doubt in my mind. Now doesn't that make you feel a little better? Jack

  24. I can't count how many times I have replaced the bellows in my saw. For whatever reason they tend to rip very easily. Finely enough was enough. I went and purchased an aquarium air pump and hooked it to the saw. Problem solved. Been in place for over two years, no problems. Very powerful, and no more problems with saw dust on the project.
