  1. Travis I like the Amazon banner on the top page. That will be a great reminder. Would it be possible to do the same with Ebay? I know a lot of us shop there also?
  2. Dick I couldn't think of a better person to lead this parade...... I agree 100 % Travis and this site is tops on my list... Ya done good boy!
  3. I made a 50 cal machine gun with a 360 degree turit. It shot 50 rubber bands...... The rubber bands were 24 inch long relaxed. and stretched to 42 inches. Had some power.... The gears were made out of oak. The handle and sites were out of walnut, and the rest was pine and oak. I made it for my grandson for Christmas one year. The cat and dog in the house have never been the same since. I will have to see if I can find the pictures and post them.
  4. Hey Dick. Like my fellow villagers above I agree it should do well. You probably have several programs in your own home town to test out on..... Little league baseball, Pop Warner football, High school football, baseball, basketball, The list is endless. Any time you can tie something in with kids sports, and its new, it will be a winner. Do your homework, test it out, price it right, and the skies the limit. Jamminjack
  5. Very nice indeed Dick They are lucky to have friends like you. Nicely done.
  6. Hans sounds like a catch 22 big time. If pinned blades are all you can buy in your area, you have to make them work. Try this... You know that you can make pinned blades pin less if you really need to. Just put the blade over the top of a vice, open the vice a little so the pin drops down between the jaws and tap the pin a few times with a hammer and drive it out. There you have it a pin less blade. This might help you for present. Later Jack
  7. Hey Peter Very nicely done. Both pieces. Correct me if I am wrong Isn't the first piece a Shelia Landry Piece?

  11. Thanks, It is about 12 inches round, I used #5 flying dutchman on the backer which is 3/4 inch and a 2/0 flying dutchman on the 1/4 inch oak front. This is a Sue May design. She really has some nice designs.

  15. Hey Dick, First off thanks for posting in English..... My two cents worth. The first one I would charge $ 35.00 to 40.00 for. There was a lot of work just in the stars....... There is alot of time in that piece. The next one (some gave all) $ 30 to 35.00 The last two pieces $ 25.00 to $ 30.00 each. All of the pieces are very nicely done. and thank you for sharing. This theme is well received anywhere you go. We all owe alot to our vets. Have a blessed day Jack
