This is a portrait I finished yesterday. It's a Steve Good pattern. It measures 8 x 10 and made out of 1/4 inch B/B. I used a #3 reverse blade to do this. The hardest thing was those little stars. Boy, I hate stars. LOL.
I use the ex21 with the 3/0 blade most of the time. Never had that problem. I did have a bunch that would break as soon as I started uo the saw. They were defected. Mike sent me a new batch and they were fine. Could be some bad one's in there.
Those came out good Dan. I wouldn't of thought of poplar for those. Cheep wood and easy to cut. I think I would leave them all natural to Dan. Less work. Good luck with the rest of them.
