  1. Sometimes I put a couple of very thin washers under the hanger and then screw it in.
  2. Hi everyone, I just finished this wreath today. This is a Steve Good pattern and measures 15 x 15. I stacked cut this using a #5 UR blade. I got two out of it and it's made out of finished plywood. This is where i'm stuck. I'm not sure if i should leave it natural with a few coats of poly on it or if I should paint it. I'm not to good painting. Any suggestions. Thanks, Ralph.

  8. I haven't had that problem either. Could be that your pattern is not glued down good enough or the pattern is still a little wet.
  9. Kevin, your old browser should still be there. You should be able to use any browser you want. Your bookmarks should still be on your computer as long as you didn't Delete the old one. If you did delete it it will be in your recycle bin. Look for it. It's still there. Good luck.
  10. Dave, once again you outdid yourself. I,ve done a few portraits and I know some of that detail can be overwhelming but it looks like you nailed it. Great job on the pattern to.
  11. I like it. I think any color you use will look good. If your selling them, I would do some in different colors and then you will know what people want.
  12. I think they both look good. The tour he'd one does set it off a little. I like them both.
  13. That looks great. You can see the work you put into it to be able to play with it.
  14. Wow Mike, those all look great. I love the portrait ones and of course the clock. Don't know if I have the patience for that but it sure would be something to try. Thanks for showing us your great work.
  15. I also have one with the mag light but I can't seem to get used to the mag part. I do a lot better with just the light and don't really need the mag.
  16. I agree with most of the ex cal owners. It,s only cosmetic. Mine gets a lot of use and it's scratched all over. Doesn't bother me at all. Never even waxed mine. I might though down the road.
  17. No problem with the cutting. The color you are using takes away from the piece. I like the color that Russell did on his sample. I would just use a colored background. Good for only your 6th try. Keep at it and you will get better. We were all in your shoes once.
  18. Tony, that came out great. You captured her perfect. Great detail on that pattern to.
  19. That came out nice Denny. Maybe I should start using some of my scrap wood up. That might be a good piece to do with someones name in it to.

  22. That came out great Jim and what a trill to win the blue ribbon. Hope you have a fast recovery and you can get back to scrolling.
  23. Hi everyone, I just wanted to put these on here and thank Russell for making these patterns for me. There for my Grand kids and I wanted to show him the finished product. They were pretty easy to do. I'm thinking about maybe painting the letters to show up more. The dog is LUNA and the cat is JEWEL. Thanks again Russell.
