  2. Not bad Dan, I sold about 15 puzzles. But the show only lasted 5 hours. So like I said it was a small one but I enjoy going to it. Will be doing it again next year. Jim
  3. Thank you everybody, it was a nice little show (only 20 vendors). No other woodworking that I saw, a lot of jewelry and food items it seemed. Nice meeting you Mark, had a great time talking to you. Thanks again everyone. Jim
  4. Up and at 'em early this morning. Finishing getting things together for the Fountain Creek Nature Center Craft Fair today. It is a short day only from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Have a great day everyone. Jim
  5. They look great Ralph. Jim
  6. Congratulation nice haul Kevin, I'm wanting to get some Walnut to cut my Merry Christmas Trains on. But haven't had a chance to go to the wood store here in town. Jim
  7. Glad you two had a good craft show weekend. Jim
  8. A quick piece to cut you said heppnerguy? I need a faster scroll saw. Jim
  9. Just finished up this Christmas Train that is Steve Goods pattern. This is cut on 3/4" Poplar and I printed the pattern out on 8.5x14 paper and blew the image up to130%. Next one I'm thinking I might use some Walnut and put a clear coat on it. Thanks for looking Jim
  10. Hello everyone, so I've been using the Pegas Modified Geometry blade #3 and broke one yesterday and then 2 more tonight (within a 2 hour period tonight). They have all broken about 1"-1.5" above the lower blade clamp holder. Do you think that is because I'm making too tight of a cut and pushing the blade too hard or maybe something is out of wack? This is on my Hegner 18V Scroll Saw. Thank you Jim
  11. Holler if I can be of any assistance to you Louie. Jim
  12. I had a couple ask me for a couple of dog leash/key ring holders at the craft show last Saturday. I finished them all need to contact them to arrange a drop at time and place. The patterns were supplied by our own Iggy. Thanks for looking Jim
  13. Welcome to the Village. I love my Hegner 18V that was built back in 1993 if I remember correctly. I've never had an issue with it and I've had it for about 3-4 years and it just keeps on chugging along. It will probably outlive me. If the one you're looking at is in good shape and he lets you cut on it. I would snag it, I don't think you would be sorry. Jim
  14. Welcome Louie, glad to see another Coloradoan here. I'm in Colorado Springs. Jim
  15. You're going to need a bigger truck Jim
  16. Sounds like you have had an awesome year Iggy. Jim
  17. Great set up. I really like the Gibson and Schecter guitar picks. Jim
  18. Thanks everybody. Been busy working on the custom orders that I have. I will for sure look into the heat shrink bags. That might be the way to go for me with this. Thanks Jim
  19. Yes they do pick them up and put them together. When one is purchased I put it into a zip lock bag that I buy at the dollar store. I am looking into the shrink wrap, I'm just not sure what size to buy. Thanks Jim
  20. Had a really good time at the Craft Show today. There were a lot of people who remembered me and I remembered them. I sold a total of 44 puzzles and have special orders for 6 Dog Leash Holders. Here is a link to the video I took before the show started. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECLOgtGGMhs&t=6s Thanks Jim
  21. Hello Devin, here are two pictures of the #3 Pegas Blades I have. Are these both the same just in different packaging? Does anyone know which would be closest to the UR#3 blade or does Pegas make another blade that is closer to the UR#3? Thanks Jim
  22. Thanks Ray. Jim
  23. Thank you Devin, I do have a few dozen of the Pegas Modified Geometry blades in the shop. I'll have to look and see what number they are. I need to find the one that is closest to the UR#3 of the Flying Dutchman Ultra Reverse. I only really need to sand the back of the pieces a little bit to clean them up. And probably I could get away with not sanding them at all and no one would say anything. It's probably just me wanting to make them look as nice as I can. But I'll for sure look and see what I have in the shop after this Saturdays craft show is over. Thanks Jim
  24. Thank you everybody, I didn't know I had this many completed I was surprised. Here's to hoping I don't bring too many back home with me Saturday evening. I'll make sure and post how it went when I get back home. Jim
  25. Thanks Kevin, I will look into the choking warning not for small children label. I do have business cards and they will go into the ziploc bag before they are handed to the customer. I still need to looking into a shrink wrap machine. Thanks Jim
