  1. Very nice cutting.
  2. No, that's a spare standard nozzle in the cap, the one on the can has an adjustable spray - it gives a flat spray adjustable feom about 1" wide to about 7" wide, very handy for small items - less overspray.
  3. Here is a picture of the can in case you can find it over the big pond Keith.
  4. Thats awesome, very nice work. Where did you find the pattern? Keith
  5. very nice work, they will love it.
  6. great job Kevin, looks really nice. I looked for the font, and the closest I could find is "Portcullion" it's close but not quite the same. Keith.
  7. fantastic piece of design work there, and beautifully made (but does it breathe fire yet?? ) excellent work.
  8. Firstly I'd like to thank Grampa (Paul) for his beautiful pattern. I just stack cut 2 of them and I'm not sure which backer to use the Red or the Black?? They are cut in 4mm Birch ply and finished just with one coat of spray sanding sealer and one coat of celulose lacquer (in a HVLP spray can) I picked up the lacquer at a display stand at a big woodworking show (Yandles in Somerset) it's a new product and as you can see one coat is plenty, and it's quick drying too so 30 mins from finish of sanding to finish framing. Keith.
  9. So, you're trying to give your mother-in-law "worms" ???? I think she will love it.
  10. Only when I can sneak dads out to the workshop
  11. Dick, I personally prefer the toothbrush as it's more gentle on the very fragile pieces, but for less fragile pieces I have used a stiff brush
  12. I would like to appologise to anyone who makes a comment or shows off their work if I have missed posting a reply. I promise I'm not ignoring you or think the work doesn't rate a reply. It's because I'm still looking after my Dad after his stroke and I don't get the time in here I would like to. The work posted in here is absolutely awesome and deserves nice comments. I only get to spend 10 mins at a time in here before I have to go check on Dad. which isn't enough time to look at all the fantastic work and reply to all the postings. As Dad's health improves I will be able to spend longer in the forum and leave comments that the work shown in so richly deserves, but untill then please accept my appologies and I will post when I can. Keith.
  13. Very nice job there Dan, nice clean cuts.
  14. Great job there Kevin, and nice pattern too Mahendra Keith
  15. You don't know how lucky you are living over the big pond, we can't get beautiful woods like that Cedar over here, and the fer really nice woods we can get cost us an arm and a leg!!! So if you want to pack up a boxfull and send it over for my birthday it will be greatly recieved  I would even go as far as to share it with RobRoy - I'll keep the wood and he can have the box  But all sais and done Larry, you did a great job of the miniatures there, that necklace looks great. Keefie.
  16. I use Rob Roy's toothbrush to take the fuzzies off!!! (ok so I bought a new toothbrush for the job lol) but it works very well. Keefie.
