  1. Mine gets pretty messy too but like I said, sometimes I have to get out the shovel and do some serious cleaning.
  2. Did not paint or seal the walls.
  3. No, I did not seal it. Just plain OSB.
  4. Try going down to the bottom of the picture and see if there is an arrow to click on.
  5. Got my dust collection plumbing done except for my scroll saws. I will tackle that down the road. Thanks to many of you for the help and ideas. I sure am pleased how it all works. My shop isn't normally this clean and tidy but now and then I bring a scoop shovel in and clean it out. 482625067_ShopTour.mp4
  6. I cut some 3/4 oak puzzles today using a #5 Pegas MGT blades.
  7. About a year ago I bought an inexpensive branding iron which worked pretty well. The downside was that It didn't have a thermoset so it was real consistent. A couple of months ago I left it on all night. The darn thing burned up. Thankfully my shop didn't. The persons name I bought it from is Jacky. I sent Jacky a message and asked if one was available with a thermostat. Jacky gave me a great deal on this one with a thermostat. If you are ever in the market for a custom branding iron you might reach out to Jacky. You will get nothing but the best customer service. https://www.etsy.com/listing/469944865/110v220v-custom-leather-stamp-machine?ref=shop_home_active_8&frs=1
  8. Great cutting. I also love his music. There were a lot of great story tellers in that era.
  9. That is really cute!
  10. I've had a Dewalt DWS779 for probably close to 10 years. The only thing I wish was better is the dust collection. I think it is the same issue with all of them. No complaints on the saw.
  11. Yes I did. I ordered Y's from HD and haven't gotten them yet. The company that's supplying them is taking forever. I've been promised that they would be shipped by Tuesday. I've been busy enough with the every thing going on that it hasn't bugged me too bad.
  12. I'm sure many of you have seen this done before but if you haven't it might give you an idea. Cost me less than $20 for pipe and fittings.
  13. You sure are colorful Kevin.
  14. Totally amazing.
  15. It's beautiful Charlie. What did you put on the wood?
  16. Great idea!
  17. Thanks for your thoughts. I decided that I am going with metal ductwork.
  18. Don't expect to see any pictures very soon because I have to order some parts. I talked to a couple of friends of mine that have a custom cabinet shop and they just got done putting in a system using HVAC metal ducting and are very pleased with the outcome. They taped all the seams with metal tape. They used T's where they branched off the main line but I want to use Y's. I found some on line that the ends would work well for dust collection systems. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Master-Flow-6-in-x-6-in-x-6-in-26-Gauge-Flue-Wye-26FY6X6X6/202258555#product-overview
  19. Especially love the bee projects since my son is a bee keeper.
  20. 1538 CFM. I think I have come up with a plan of attack. Thanks for your help.
  21. I can find 6" PVC. Being the walls are so thick won't it be too big?
  22. Put my new dust collector together and put in a 220 plug. I have been in search of 6" sewer pipe and fittings to run my piping. I had no idea how hard the piping would be to find. I was wanting to run the 6" along the ceiling and drop down to my machines with a reducing Y to 4". Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
  23. The resolution was that I quit worrying about it and scrolled. It's a work horse saw. Would not give it up. Some projects I like using my Pegas. It is more aggressive and faster cutting.
  24. Super Max 16
  25. I won't say "no more than I use It" any more. I bought a drum sander this year and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't use it.
