Wow, nice cutting and my hat is off to you, doing each of those would drive me nuts, repetitive cutting is not my thing

I may have to look for another excaliber style saw if I decide to do this a lot, right now I like it more than fretwork. The angle of the bevel cut is the issue, I would love to set one saw to the perfect angle and leave it. Of course the perfect angle is another issue. The graduations at the bottom of the ex for tilt are not defined enough to reset it accurately each time. I ordered an angle meter, it came in the mail last night, so over the next few days I will work with it. tips? stack cut the bottom and top I went to mitered corners cause I could not keep the rounded ones identical with the sanding, those rounded corners drove me nuts on the first three boxes. cut the wall piece, then use that to make the cut pattern on the locator piece you will glue to the top piece so it sits well on top I am such a skinflint, as Dad would say. I have the cutout pieces of inlay from the tops sitting around trying to figure out what to do with them, and also the center of the wall cutouts too

To answer your question, no there is not. As stated al blades cut curves, the larger the blade the less tight the radius of the curve can be. It really is a matter of practice and finding the blade/size you like and can control. As an example I can not control a flying dutchman #3, but I love the pegas modified geometry #3

Finished the second and third box, thought I would just add them here, and then I will not flood the community with boxes and the third box I made

I fought that messiness for a while too. Now I cut the pattern to a size smaller than the whole piece, position it. I always leave a "tab" of paper that will reach the edge at one point. When it is positioned, I use one of those black paper clamps and clamp the "tab" to the piece. Then I hold the wood allowing the paper to hang down from the clamp, hold it over a trash can, spray the paper template, and just raise the wood smoothing the template down. No fuss no mess

I do not use tape or shelf liner under the pattern. I use 3M-77, stick the pattern to the wood, cut it, and then brush the pattern with mineral spirits liberally, wait a minute or two, lift the pattern off including all those bits you have to do individually with tape. I lightly wipe the work with mineral spirits, never had to scrub it at all, and have not (knock wood) had a problem with breaking fretwork during that process.

I ordered this starter kit from amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NBZLZ8X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 there are other colors too If you order the parts separately, it uses with an adhesive, this starter kit uses paint instead. Seems to work though. Use sanding sealer before starting this, on the area to be flocked. Other than that, I blue taped the area, painted it (heavy layer), then sprayed the flocking materiel. Put the item being flocked in a tupperware container, when you are done and it is dry, turn the item over tap it a few times and the excess falls off. when you spray spray a lot of it, much more than you think you need. then you can reclaim the unused flocking material. thanks for the kind words
