  1. What Sycamore said is true. After finishing, the pieces maybe tight. I use FD Polar #5 and now Pegas MGT #5.

  14. Great looking projects, Paul. When something is hard to clamp, I use both Titebond and CA with the accelerator. Holds instantly.

  16. I also dip mine in Shellac diluted 50% with alcohol. After drying, light sanding with a Mac Mop and then another dip.
  17. I have the Seyco and have had it for maybe 8 years with no problems. I like that is on a stand.
  18. Looks like you got a lot of good advise. I agree with most, I can't remember using a #2/0 blade. My got to blades for 1/4" is MGT #1 or #3 if the wood is hard.
  19. Good question! I did the glue up and perimeter cutting at the home shop. No Pegas blades at the shop, only at ArtCrafters.
