  1. Thanks Bob. I love the old westerns too!
  2. Thanks Tim. Should fit right in with you cowpokes.
  3. Thanks Don for the great pattern. I wonder if Hoppy and Gabby ever worked together.
  4. Thanks Jerry. And yes I am OLD.
  5. Thanks DW. Not sure what is next. This one took five hours to cut.
  6. Thanks Steve. It takes old timers to recognize them. A women in her fifties had no idea.
  7. Thanks Frank. The pattern was fragile even after enlarging it by 20%.
  8. This pattern is by DonR, Don Robinson, and purchased from his site. I used 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood, 11" x 14" and backed with black mat board. I enlarged the pattern by 20% and even at that size it was fragile. To protect it, I used plastic Acrylic when framing. For cutting, I used FD New Spiral #3/0. This is the first time I used this size and I really like them. The finish is one coat of sanding sealer and two coats of spray shellac. Of course, I framed it at ArtCrafters. Comments welcome.
  9. That is a real difficult pattern. Nice job.
  10. I hope you do well in the show.
  11. Well done one you first. That was a tough one for a first project. As mentioned, keep your first project. You can look back and see the progress.
  12. Nice projects, Kevin.
  13. Well done, Jerry. Those would be great with all the fishing tournaments here in Dayton, TN.
  14. Kevin, if I took a bow, I would have a hard time straightening up.
  15. Way to go, Frank. I like the clock.
  16. A beautiful cooler, Ralph. Well done on the construction.
  17. Thanks Ralph. Such kind folks here.
  18. Well done, Andrew. A good likeness.
  19. As for ordering online, I order from Ocooch Hardwoods.
  20. I have been a subscriber for almost ten years. Over the years there may have been two of three magazines that didn't have patterns I would cut. With that said, I always go through old issues for something I missed. I also enjoy the articles.
  21. Thanks all for the encouraging comments.
  22. Welcome to the forum from TN. Enjoy this fine hobby.
  23. Nice pattern and cutting. Yes the face says it all.
  24. Pattern and cutting are top notch.
  25. I saw those on the other forum. You are a master at inlay. How thick is the top to get the roll over leaves?
