  8. I have been a subscriber for almost ten years. Over the years there may have been two of three magazines that didn't have patterns I would cut. With that said, I always go through old issues for something I missed. I also enjoy the articles.

  18. As I mentioned in my previous post, I had problems with the backing coming unglued. I solved the problem by screwing the four corners with small screws. The pattern is by Keith Fenton and purchased from Sheila Landry's website. The wood used is 1/2" Mahogany and backed with 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood. It is approximately 7 1/2" x 12". I used FD Polar #1 and #5 blades. The finish is one coat of sanding sealer and two coats of spray Shellac. Comments welcome.

  20. Welcome to the forum from TN. You all ready received good suggestions. I get a lot of my wood from a custom furniture maker. His throw away bin has wonderful wood for scrolling.
