  1. I guess everything wears out.
  2. I didn't realize how worn the old Mac Mop was until I got the new one. That is almost ten years of sanding on almost every project. A great investment.
  3. Welcome to the forum from TN. I lived in the Twin Cities area for over 60 years before moving to TN.
  4. Very well done, Dick.
  5. I purchase all wood from Ocooch. A word about their service. I purchased 3/4" Eastern Red Cedar 8" x 24" which I needed for an intarsia project. The board came with 2/3 white. I emailed and within a week received a beautiful board at no cost including shipping. I call that very good service.
  6. Welcome to the forum from TN. Lots of friendly folks here.
  7. Thanks for all the nice comments.
  8. Now that is a mean cat, Gordie.
  9. Well done on the "Nosey" dragon, Jim. Looks good with Poplar.
  10. That is abeautiful box. Dirk passed away some time ago. Karen is still keeping the patterns available on the above mentioned site.
  11. Well done on the first project. Someone told me to keep my first project and later you can see the progress. I still have my first ornament.
  12. Great job of gluing the Oak. Nice clean straight cuts. Well done.
  13. Thanks, that cat sure has an attitude.
  14. That is what my wife says!
  15. I don't consider this "Bragging Rights", but I needed something to fill the time while the glue was drying on another project. I used 3/4" Cherry and FD Polar #7 blades. It stands 6" high. A fun easy project. The pattern is by Judy Peterson and found in her book 'Animal Puzzles for the Scroll Saw'. Comments welcome.
  16. Scrolling for me is a serious hobby. Because of our store, ArtCrafters, I am only able to spend 1 1/2 days per week scrolling. Time spent scrolling is therapy and the joy of seeing others look and handle the items with awe. Several weeks ago, I made a Puppy Coin Back. Friday I gave it to my great grandson only 3 years old. The look one his face was something to behold. All the relatives had fun giving him a coin and watching his reaction to putting it into the bank. It maybe a serious hobby, but very rewarding.
  17. Welcome to the forum from TN. I dont make patterns. There are so many great designers.
  18. What a great idea. Just won't work with every letter.
  19. Thanks, Dick. I have one more to make. Maybe I should stack cut two.
  20. Well done on the puzzle.
  21. Wow, you are real good at these!
  22. Welcome to the forum from TN. Looks like you are off to a good start.
  23. That is one supper box, John.
