  2. I also found that drilling with a dull bit and forcing will cause chipping.
  3. I saw that on the other forum. Amazing.
  4. Hi Bill, glad to see you here.
  5. Very nice. Is it your pattern?
  6. Very nice. The backing really adds to the work.
  7. Welcome to the forum. A great looking box. Nice cutting and contrast.
  8. Very nice cutting and framed too.
  9. I use the FD New Spiral on my EX21 with no trouble holding the blades.
  10. Welcome to the forum. Lots of friendly folks here.
  11. As a custom frame shop, we use these everyday. You might check with a local custom frame shop to see if you can buy hardware from them.

  13. Nicely done. I remember making that, but I used 1/2" hard maple.
  14. Nicely cut dog puzzles. Are those Judy Peterson's patterns?

  16. That sure is great work.
  17. Welcome to the forum. Lots of friendly folks here.
  18. Welcome to the forum, Jim. I, too, Jim joined because of the problems on the other site. I check back every day and try and make at least one post. Hopefully it will get back to normal, but I will check both sites daily.
  19. They are a great source for wood. Even with the new owners (only not so new), nice wood and great service.
  20. Looks like you go a great deal. Now show us what you make with the poplar.
  21. I also ordered FD blades from WTB. A nice advantage, you can mix blades for the gross price.
  22. Very nice cutting.
  23. All look great, but especially the eagle. Beautiful presentation.
  24. I seem to be in the minority as I top feed. I can attach the blade in the holder without bending over. If I bent over, I might not straighten up.
  25. I use many different species of wood, especially with intarsia. I have made several bowls with mahogany and it cuts and sands great.
