Thanks. It is a great pattern. The flowers were a little touchy to cut.

I completed this project on Monday, February 29th. The pattern is by Sheila Landry and purchased from her website. I used Hard Maple 1/2" x 8" x 8" and a coat of Tung Oil Finish and 2 coats of spray Polyurethane. I also used FD UR #1 and #3 blades. Comments welcome.

Same story here only I didn't ask the wife. Brought back the Hitachi after a week and bought the DeWalt. I also have the EX21. Great looking project.
