    Very nice and tight fitting inlay. Wouldn't be able to replace the "o" with TN though. Too long and narrow.

    Jerry's is a good source. Don't buy the expensive acid free mat boards. There is acid in wood.

    I have purchased full sheets of Baltic Birch Plywood and like Orangeman says 5' x 5'. I get mine from Jefferies Woodworks in Seymour, TN.

    With 1/4" and 1/2" wood I would suggest #1 or #3 blades. Spiral blades have teeth around the blade. Flat blades have teeth only on one side. I use both, but if you want to cut straight lines, use a flat blade. Spirals take some time getting use to. If you purchased FD blades, they also sell mini bits.

    I also use Spar Varnish for the same reason, UV protection.

    As a member of both forums, the SWWC forum is still running and improving. The main complaint was about posting pictures seems to be fixed.

    Before we bought the custom frame shop, I used the little hand held cutter. It works, but not easy. Check with a custom frame shop. We have what we call fallouts. They may be willing to cut a mat few a few dollars. I do all the time.

    That is a terrific cutting and pattern. I also suggest frame and mat, but maybe a very light tan mat.
