  1. Good post Terry. I forgot about checking the set screw.
  2. Well done. Very nice cutting.
  3. Very well done. I especially like the oak frame.
  4. I use an EX21, but I cut to size on the DeWalt. There is no problem with 1 1/2" stock. I like Jerry's idea as a temporary fix.
  5. Nice cut and presentation with mat and frame.
  6. A great looking little cart. Now you need some compound cut horses to go with it.
  7. Great looking project. White oak and walnut look great together.
  8. With all the twists and turns on the inner cuts, I prefer spirals.
  9. I like using flat blades on straight lines, more control.
  10. How many pieces?
  11. Well done on both the pattern and cutting.
  12. Pete, that is some display and great assortment.
  13. DW, great idea about hanging from a window. I thought of fan pulls also.
  14. Thanks for the comments. Walnut looks good with a light background.
  15. I finished this project on Monday, March 21st. It is a pattern by Lora S. Irish and found in SWWC Spring 2005 issue #18. The wood is walnut 1/2" for the upright and 3/4" for the base. It measures 6 1/2" high and 11" long at the base. I used FD New Spiral #3 for most of the cuts. I have a hard time using spirals on straight lines, so I used FD UR #3 on the base. There is on coat of Tung Oil Finish and two coats of spray Shellac. A fun easy project. Comments welcome.
  16. Great work on that intarsia piece. How big is it? Is it your own pattern?
  17. Love to see more Miniature Birdhouses posted here!
  18. Scott, I saw it on the other forum. Wonderful compound cutting. Maybe I should get Sue's E-zine.
  19. Very nice pattern and cutting, Tony.
  20. Very well done. You can sure be proud of those two projects.
  21. When I saw that pattern, I said no way, too many holes. You did a great job.
  22. You sure are busy. Wonderful work.
  23. Wow, great work on that pattern.
  24. Very nice puzzle. Nice cutout of the dancing pair.
  25. The tree display is purchased from a store called Bard's available online. There are several sizes, this one is a table top tree about 24" high. I think I paid about $45.
