Thanks for all the comments. Spiral blades were a little difficult at first. I can not cut straight lines with them, so that is why I switched to the FDUR blades to finish the project.

Thanks for the comments. I made all the spiral cuts first where there were no straight lines (arrows) and the switched to the FDUR #1 for the final cuts.

I saw this pattern in Wooden Teddy Bear, but I like to give credit to the designer. I called them and they were very helpful giving the name of the designer, Mark Weyers. I used 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood and backed with a medium brown mat board. I used FD New Spiral #1 for most cuts and FDUR #1 for the straight cuts. The size is 10" x 12" and framed at our shop, ArtCrafters. Comments welcome.

Great looking projects. I back mine with mat board. Owning a frame shop gives access to free mat board.

New to the forum, but not new to scrolling as I have been scrolling for almost 10 years. I started with a DeWalt DW788 and upgraded to an Excalibur EX21 and still use both saws. I am a member of the SSW forum (Sandy Oaks), but with the problems, I decided to join this forum.
