This pattern is by our own DonR, purchased from his website. Thanks Don. I used 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood 10" x 12" and backed with black mat board. I framed it at our store, ArtCrafters. Comments welcome.

All very good suggestions. Blade use and number depends on wood thickness but also hardness.

Me and electricity don't get along. If I need wiring, I call my son.

I also found that drilling with a dull bit and forcing will cause chipping.

As a custom frame shop, we use these everyday. You might check with a local custom frame shop to see if you can buy hardware from them. -
