  1. Wonderful pattern, Alex.
  2. A wonderful project. Walnut was perfect for that one.
  3. Thanks Rodney and yes, they were. Already picked up.
  4. Thanks RJ. Cutting the outside letters were difficult. A certain part of my body gets in the way.
  5. A custom project finished yesterday. I had design help from Don in Brooklin On. The overlay is 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood and backed with 3/8" Baltic Birch plywood stained black. It is 4" x 16". Cut on the Pegas scroll saw using Pegas #1R MGT blades. The finish is two coats Minwax spray Lacquer Clear Satin with sanding between coats. Comments welcome.
  6. Thanks, Bruce. I did not know either, but he came in with a PDF with a lot of detail. Wayne Mahler did a great job of turning it into a pattern.
  7. Sorry, I don't do spooky, but I did this one back in 2014.
  8. Thanks, Rodney. I do all the dream catchers this way. I use fake leather.
  9. This is a Sue Mey pattern modified with an Air Traffic Control Badge. A custom order and Wayne Mahler designed the overlay. Thanks Wayne. The wood used is 1/2" Ash for the Dream Catcher, Red Oak for the overlay and 1 4" Walnut and Hard Maple for the feathers. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #3R MGT blades for everything except the feathers. For those I used Pegas #0 Spiral blades. I sell the Pegas blades at: artcraftersonline.com
  10. Wonderful cutting. Compound cutting is my favorite.
  11. Hi Ralph. I just let it as is. This one was purchased from scroller online.
  12. Welcome to the Village forum from Tennessee. Most of my compound cutting is with 1 1/2” stock. I use Pegas 7R MGT blades for thick stock. Blade slippage is a function of the set screws and or thumb screws. I have both in stock at the link listed below my signature.
  13. Thanks Marg.
  14. Thanks Rodney, I will leave it as is!
  15. Good eyes, Frank! Look at the "E" in home.
  16. A project cut last week and finished over the weekend. The pattern is by Steve Good. I used 1/4" solid Red Oak. It stands 8 3/4" and 3 1/4" at the base. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #1R MGT blades. The finish is Minwax Lacquer Clear Gloss. Comments welcome.

  19. Yes, we do sell the Pegas Chuck Head Set and they are on sale now until supplies last. I would not change the heads until you notice blade slippage. My price is $82.69 USD and I have no idea what the shipping cost is to New Zealand. The website is for USA customers, but if you would like to order, message me.
  20. Wow, those are fantastic!
  21. Very well done. Stars are very hard to cut.
