  1. I finished this project this morning. The pattern is by Jacob Fowler and found in the book “Woodworker’s Pattern Book”. I cut it on the Pegas Scroll Saw using several Pegas #1R MGT blades. The wood is1/2” unknown and 3/4” Red Oak for the base. The finish is spray Minwax Lacquer Clear Satin. Comments welcome.

  7. Fantastic, Rodney. Your skill really shines on this cuttin.
  8. I think I should respond here. That was the first and only Pegas Scroll Band Saw I sold. I told Dave I was reluctant as I had no experience with the Pegas Scroll Band Saw. As for the Pegas Scroll Saw, I can answer most questions and if not, Pegas support was there for me. Now, I agree with Dave about Pegas technical support being almost nonexistent on the Pegas Scroll Band Saw. I try to provide the best customer service possible, especially with Pegas Scroll Saw Blades. If anyone has problems with the blades, I would like to know rather than anyone getting upset.

  16. A project finished Monday, July 4th. The pattern is by Judy & Dave Peterson and found in their book, Making Wooden Dinosaur Toys and Puzzles. I used 3/4" Poplar. It is approximately 5 1/2" x 11". Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #3R MGT blades and Pegas #1 Spiral blades for the veining. After sanding with a Mac Mop, dipped in diluted Shellac and then sanded again. Blades purchased from artcraftersonline.com. Comments welcome.
