  1. Very nice complex cutting. BTW my daughter has a dog named Thor. She would appreciate that. Her dog happens to be a 6 lb. mini Pomeranian.
  2. Congratulations. You have nailed it. Wishing you continued success.
  3. Very nice inlay. Did you turn the bowl too? It also is very nice.
  4. Congratulations! You have a wonderful display of beautiful cuttings.
  5. That's terrific! My grandson would like that. He's played hockey since just a little fella. He's a great Ducks fan.
  6. I don't know what new Hawk clamps are like. Te original bottom clamps ha a brass sleeve which seemed stupid. I mad my own which work perfectly. Very simple. BTW in a previous post I did not pay the $300 in the ad. I paid $100. Still it's only money.
  7. 1992 is old? Holy smokes, my Hawk #314 must be pre-civil war! I knew absolutely nothing about scroll saws when I purchased this 14" Hawk. It originally was made to be used with a ShopSmith powering it. I took it home assuming it had an internal motor. NOT. I powered it with a small motor making it a single speed. It is mounted on stand offs because if placed flat on the table the motion works would strike the table top. I won't say what I paid for it. However it works flawlessly. I later bought an old 216vs Hawk. Both work wonderfully. If it were me I would go for it if I needed it.
  8. Thanks Dan, You are a prolific scroller. One of those would be an all job for me. But then my scrolling time is quite limited. Nice job Dan
  9. Really great cutting! You take really interesting photos too. Nice work.
  10. Great cutting. How long did it take you. It's very impressive. I'm gonna take a nap now. All that work makes me tired.
  11. Very nice. My attention span is about as long as my shoe laces.
  12. WOW! Congratulations. You will love it. I'm expecting a lump of coal in my Christmas stocking.
  13. Very nice cutting. Cutting in reverse...remarkable.
  14. Good for you. I'm glad. Everyone deserves a new toy for Christmas.
  15. Coooooooool, Coooooooo, lCooooooool!
  16. WOW! Beautiful.
  17. Only a new saw will cure that itch!
  18. Hi Scrappile, I downloaded Photoscape and it works great.

So glad.  Have you figured out how to do arrows and text in a picture?  It is pretty simple.

I looked at a tutorial and the first thing it described was "Objects". Found the arrows right off the bat. Tried it on a couple of photos and works perfectly. Many times I would post a photo and try to describe what you should be looking at. Not too effective. The pointers do the job so well.

Thank you so much. I had wondered how to do it for a long time.

      Regards, Les

  19. Thank you very much. I'll find it and try it. I have wanted to point out things on a photo but had no knowledge how to do it.
  20. Really cute. I think my grandson would appreciate that in his dorm room.
  21. Very, very nice!
