Welcome back from Colorado. It took me a while to get used to retirement, about two minutes. You'll get used to it too.

I often see photos with an arrow pointing to something specific.Can anyone tell me how that is done? Perhaps this should be a separate discussion. But here goes.

I just did. It appears as if it would be fragile. I think I will try cutting it with 1/8 or 1/4 Baltic Birch add staining it. I don't sell anything so I'll use it to make sawdust. Thanks for posting.

I have not attended a craft show in years. However, a craft show was advertised at a community center in my neighborhood. Admission was $2 which went to buy school supplies. There were 50 or more vendors. I saw at least 1 million doilies and tea towels. Not one wood crafted item. No scroll saw items, no pen or bowl things there. Took about five minutes to cruise through the place. At least I contributed $2 to schools. I probably won't attend another. I do know there are scrollers and turners in my area but apparently they are like me and don't display their work and unlike me who has nothing to show.

Too bad you do not have Harbor Freight stores. The give away free tape measures with a coupon. I must have nearly a dozen scattered all over the house and shop. Always one within easy reach.

I also wish things were a little slower. He speaks rapidly also and as I am somewhat hearing impaired I sometimes scroll back and review. That is the nice thing about a video.

In a recent post I referred to Paul (Fab4) as Rav4. Dang, I must have been thinking about Toyotas. See what old age does to a person? I hang my head in shame.
