  1. Did you know that you can change out the contact end on your D/W/ clamps? The end swivels to avoid bending the blade, and you just pull the end out and replace it. It has a tiny "o" ring holding it in place. The ends are available from D/W/.
  2. Shop classes are surely needed I graduated from a trade school back in the old days, BUT there is also a need for other occupations these days like the link I attached. Now that would be a great job if you have the mind for it. Just Saying, https://youtu.be/5qteMlMAaNM

Well I have to disagree with you, My Dr said I have a severe case, and all four of my fingers are numb, There is Burning and tingling especially in my little finger and ring finger the other two are bothered, but not as severely, so I suppose it differs in some cases. All I know is it sure isn't enjoyable at all.

  17. Ray, I use the Freud blades mostly, but Dewalt gets pretty good ratings also, I really love my Freud glue line rip blade. Never have seen the reason to spend as much as the Forrest blades cost, But they have their following of loyal users.

  23. On your print menu, there is a Scale setting and a scale to fit setting. Yours is set to the scale to fit, if you click on the Scale button you will get a window to the right of it that will allow you to increase, or decrease the size. I hope this is what you are trying to do.
  24. The problem looks like, form the picture that there was no provision for wood movement, wood expands and contracts with weather and temperature changes as well as humidity. The picture makes a great example of this. Nice work and you can repair this and it will be as good as new.
  25. I'm wondering if the joint was not covered with enough glue at the time of assembly, (a starved glue joint)?
