  8. Supper glue works good for smaller cuts. In the shop I have a product called BleedStop for small and larger cuts just in case.   11. Plus one ... Fir what it's worth I've tried the magnifying light like that ,never had any success with it. I switched to using 2 sewing machine lights and a magnifying visor. Much better. My work surface is much better lit and I can move my head and the cut line stays in focus. Chris
  12. A drum sander in not made for taking large amounts of material off, it only for sanding your best solution is to have both. I have a drum sander so I know first hand...
  13. I Have had one of the 10 Million Dollar Sticks for years now and they work great... I think when I got mine they were about $10.00 but I see Grizzly has then now for $14.80
  14. I looked quick for ink that won't smug and there are lots out there. Here's the first one I found so coast is not a factor.   15. These are the kinds of stamps I was talking about. if you are good at how much ink you use or ink and then stamp on paper first you wont get the bleed on the bare wood. Once its on the bare wood I do a very light spray of clear coat. Richard
  16. I went to an office supply store were they make custom rubber stamps and for about $10 you can get a custom stamp made any size and put anything you want on it. Works good, fast, an cheap, and will last forever, you just need to reink the pad now and then.

  21. Here are two of Carole Rothmans books that are a great source and have plans in them. I checked them out from my local library. I recommend them highly for learning how to make bowels.
