  1. I don’t cut playable records
  2. I put blue tape on first. I just hold on with my fingers. I found it much easier to cut with the small spiral blade. Thanks for that tidbit of information. I do enjoy cutting vinyl. I loved doing an original piece. Thanks so much!
  3. Spirals take more tension. I also think they stretch a bit in use. I try to check the tension now and again and if I have the room I mainly go forward. Just easier for me.
  4. I think this. Stain is wet. MDF swells when wet. Maybe if you just did the front... I am sure I would try on scrap first. No real help, I know. Just thinking out loud.
  5. AmazingKevin. Far left, moon walk.
  6. Thanks to the help from Blights69 for the pattern.
  7. Mulch
  8. I just ordered some Pegas blades and they also had drill bits. One order and done. I like easy.
  9. The only thing I can think of is debris. Popping up from under the table. I would take the blade out, give everything a good wipe down. Install a new blade, blame elves.
  10. Around 3/4 is still fairly high. Sorry for not being clear.
  11. If the Saw has the ability, the ‘Trick’ is the blade. I use a #5 and go slow. High speed on the Saw, slow cutting
  12. Like the hearts!
  13. Does your blade slip or lose tension?. Does your tension lever release for no apparent reason? I was wishing I never bought my EXCALIBUR. The upgrade fixed it. For what I spent it was worth it.
  14. I do know that the set screws have a lock nut on the end and it does not vibrate out of center in the clamp head.
  15. I am hoping to go and meet you guys!
  16. It makes a huge difference.
  17. I never figured it out. I used the knob in the back. Wrong, I know, gave up caring. I bought the Pegas upgrade, all problems are solved. Including blade slippage
  18. They have a “Contact Us” spot. Ask them
  19. Sounds like balsa.
  20. Print one copy onto plane paper. Cut out the part you want. Scan that in... sometimes simple is best.
