  1. Had to press play. The little arrow
  2. I have found that a lot of people that have no knowledge of the foot control assume that it is like a sewing machine control. Variable speed.
  3. Raise the back of your saw one notch, set of holes, 3/4 inch piece of wood , whatever your situation needs. If it’s good great! If not you can always raise it more or put it back.
  4. I always paint first. Then add the varnish. Cover the spots that will be glued with tape. Then when you are ready to glue it will work.
  5. He does not make sawdust. I wouldn’t mind explaining how to use a broom if he seems to want to know,
  6. Two things: 1. I’m the wife, my house is dusty and I don’t care. 2. So when cutting the D would you start at the top of the D and go around the top to the right?

  10. I have been playing with this recently. I mark the pattern with arrows. I have tried putting blue tape with arrows on my Saw table, I seem to forget about them. Mark your pattern with direction arrows. Also think about where would be the most convenient place to start and mark that for drilling.
  11. http://www.woodenteddybearonline.com/x/product.php?productid=4463&cat=220&page=1 Found a link. They also have something called Scroll saw tape. Iggy might like that one.
  12. I LOVE my Pegas clamps. They were a real game changer.
  13. The ones from Wooden Teddy Bear do stick well to bear wood and remove cleanly. I just might ‘Sick’ with what I know. (See what I did there?)
  14. I am pleased with Freud. Decent blade and a good enough price so you can replace as necessary.
  15. I saved that link! Lots cheaper than what I was using. Wooden Teddy Bear. $40 for 100 sheets of self adhesive paper.
  16. Mine is tilted. Just adjusted the back legs up.
  17. Why can’t I use scrapbooking paper. Possibly covered with clear contact shelving paper? I need Camo print for a backer on my current project.
  18. From what I am seeing in your picture, your blade is not centered in the clamps. Did you adjust the set screws in the clamps the way Kevin suggested?
  19. I have always painted with the craft paints. No problems
  20. Be aware, I did add the Pegas upgrade to my EX
  21. I’m old, I sit.
  22. It’s called Designer Firewood in my House.
  23. I love my Excalibur. I also did not want to mess with having the bottom clamp like the Jet Just me.
  24. I use the dremel drill press. My Scroll Saw is that n the house. I am not, running outside to the big drill press to drill a few holes.
