    Nice work Keven. With my scrollsaw in a spare room of the house I always have heat and air conditioning. I do get cold here in NC. If I need to buy boots, I’ll be heading to south FL!

    These are the Scroll Saw gifts I made this year. The trivet is for a granddaughter just married and trying to cook. Steve Good pattern. The dolphin for a different granddaughter. She loves the beach! The penguins is for my daughter the biggest penguin lover ever! The frame is for a granddaughter that has given birth to my first great grandson! The dog is a gift for a friend that recently lost his Sweetpea

    I have used lemon oil and mineral oil. I do not put a film finish over either of these.

    Are you positive the stand is not in the box? Doesn’t hurt anything to check. Nothing to lose.

    My method is simple, when I am having problems, change the blade. When I remove a blade put it in the trash can.
