  1. Beautiful!
  2. Well thank you very much. I appreciate the kind words. God bless you as well.
  3. Thank you. Didn't mean to fish for a compliment. I just really can't draw a good stick man, or write neatly for that matter. Very envious of people who can draw well. Don't think that's something that can be taught when you've got nothing to build on.
  4. Obviously inspired by Fiona Kingdon's art I thought this piece of spalted oak with worm holes had a story to tell. While cutting the scene and listening to my Daughter's Echo Dot the old hymn He Leadeth Me Came on. I think this line from the song fits the piece very well. I don't have any artistic ability so I used 3 pieces of clip art to get an outline of the ship, lighthouse, and birds. It is about 6" X 11".
  5. Absolutely! I need to fix a couple of islands I left in it and I will send it your way tomorrow. Glad you like it.
  6. Making several projects for a fundraiser for a local mission center. Had fun making this pattern and cutting. Always liked this verse. Keeps it simple. If anyone’s interested in the pattern let me know.
  7. The Gunsmoke one brings back memories of TV with my dad. Love how they are all so recognizable with limited detail. Hope you took your time on the Sloth.
  8. Great job! The font on WHISPERER on the top one make my mind whisper "whisperer".
  9. I added the pattern for this to the library if anyone's interested.
  10. Great job giving and old piece of wood new life. Too big for it but almost looks like an old gun stock.
  11. Wow! Love the colors. I'm sure she'll get a kick out of it.
  12. Great job! Thanks for the pattern. So excited to find you pattern store too! Great stuff!
  13. He did a great job. Those will bring great memories back for him through the years.
  14. Very cool. And lots more fun to trade for something besides money.
  15. Great looking stuff! Really like the card puzzle.
  16. The wood and the slate are in separate groves I cut into the base. I didn't attach them. I like being able to pick the cutting up and look at it from both sides.
  17. Gotta say it was a privilege watching this great pattern by Sue Mey come to life on this beautiful piece of Walnut . I looked for 3 days for a way to back it that didn't take away from it. Settled on a piece of natural slate tile. Wonderful hobby we have isn't it?
  18. Very cute little dragons. I like all of them!
  19. Actually it's a bit of a paraphrase of a Bible verse. John 8:36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
  20. No, but sort of. The tree and birds are an image I found on Pinterest. I added some birds and the text.
  21. If you look closely you'll see how we were made free.
  22. Fantastic job! Lots of people will be enjoying looking at that through the years!
  23. Great job cutting that! And great thing to celebrate. I haven't heard of signature coins. What is that?
  24. Beautiful job! Glad you did it, now I don't have to.
