  1. Oh Man, that's terrible and frustrating... but the world didn't end and the scroll saw still works. Praise God. That is great you are starting it again. Thumbs up on your determination !!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. I had about 300 and it worked fine. For grins,,,I deleted them
  6. I'm confused, where is 'Notifications'?
  7. I cut five of Steve Good's mini vases and did not want to toss the center that was cut out. So here are Steve's vases and vases I made from the center I cut out. The woods are a mix of Spanish Cedar, Poplar, Cherry and Maple.
  8. THis issue comes up about twice a year...how to attach a pattern. There are a number of proper ways and twice as many 'I have a problem way.' 1) Use painters tape on the wood first, attach the pattern to the painters tape with spray glue then top it with clear packing tape. 2) My preference is ...Use 'GLAD Press N' Seal attach pattern with spray glue, top with clear tape. 3) Just spray the pattern with spray glue, cover with clear tape. Use lacquer thinner to remove the pattern. There are other methods, these are the ones I use without any problems.
  9. I was waiting to see if you told how you did that. I would never thought of doing anything like that. Unusual. Think I'll have another
  10. Roly, The fun things are so important. They keep us tied even more to the wood we love. Those are so very nice items 'not to write home about.'

Great job on the patterns... Thanks for showing these with us.
  17. Dan, you are obviously a fretwork man. Beautiful job. Tell me about the wood, it looks to be about 1/4" thick.

  19. I do not believe it is Kevin's first lamp he ever saw. Well Hans, that ain't no $6.00 lamp now. LOL Is it a bed side lamp now? It would be if it were at my house.
  20. Unique and beautiful lamp. Does the shade compliment the lamp or the lamp the shade. However, they go together perfectly.
  21. Thank you Dick,, I like the idea of a pocket cross.
  22. Hey, sometimes Kevin cuts a pattern before it's made. And does an excellent job. Just like he did with this one. Kevin, how do you do it?
  23. Another of Kevin's outstanding work. You do great and I can't pick a favorite.
