I've been using a Porter Cable saw for the last 2 years and thought it was cutting ok. The pieces generally turned out good even though I would go through a lot of blades.

Well I've been saving the extra money I make selling a few pieces and today my dream arrived. It took about an hour to set up thanks to Steve Good's video. I didn't realize there would be that much difference in a saw, but boy was I wrong. I can't speak highly enough about it. I love my new Seyco.

Richard it's so nice to upgrade to such a nice saw. I think while your other saw will saw this one will do it so much easier and it will be a joy to use. I do have a question. Did you look into getting a saw like one of the new Hawks and if so why did you choose the Seyco over the Hawk or a Hegner? I do believe the Seyco is among the top scroll saws made.

Congratulations on your new saw.  I have one just like it out in the shop.  Hubby didn't have Steve Good's video to help him when we got it.  Think he would have like to have.  I was just glad I had him to put it together for me. ;)  I've been enjoying it - hope you enjoy yours too.
