Wow , this week the temperature here is really crazy. Okay I know there are other places were it is most of the time hot ( 33 degrees celsius and up) but this country is quit wet so it makes it very stuffy.
I have my saw outside because I have Equipment for my job inside.
How do you all do it when it is so hot?

Lots of fluids, and a good, high cfm (cubic feet per minute) fan.  Once the saw starts, I kinda go into the Zone and sorta ignore everything else (unless its REALLY hot or REALLY cold).  But taking frequent breaks in the AC, and drinking lots of liquid/electrolytes are key.

I get very ill with any heat. We got a vest that cools from evaporating and another that has ice packs. These probably sell else where. RJF

How do you all do it when it is so hot? Notice the nightly low temperature under the daily highs.

Come visit me this week and then when you return home it won't seem nearly as warm as it does now

33 Celsius and up is 91,4 Fahrenheit and up so quit the same temperature here now but here we are not used to that 😂

Temp is one thing, but how it feels to you is a combination of temp plus the humidity level

"Dry" heat is a lot different than humid heat

I am very aware of the humidity and dry difference. The high humidity I have felt in Texas and North Carolina is way more uncomfortable at 90 degrees then it is with 90 degrees in Arizona. I remember getting out of the shower in North Carolina and I was sweating as I was drying off my body from the shower. The shower gave me little in the way of feeling refreshed. Here in Arizona that is not the case. However, even though 90 is not that uncomfortable here, when it gets 110 and above, it is a heat that is just too high for a human to be able to say, "Oh, it's  not bad, I just do a little less when it is this warm". I would much prefer a little higher heat with lower humidity. I was just playing around with my comments about heat.  I will be happy when the extreme highs get back to the 80's and 90's for a high

Miran...Do you have air conditioning and is it common in Europe?

No it is not common here, not at all. We normal are a very wet country. We call it the little frog country for a reason 😂
So also no air-condition...YET...because after this summer we are looking for one.

But for outside that is still no option 😉

misters are a pretty good help to knock the heat down, if you are in an area, like at a table or sitting in a chair. Theses are easy to put up and not very costly.

I've seen simple projects of using a table fan and battery pump that mists water in front of it. Seen a few gimick projects that use a bottle of water and hand pump mister and an added battery fan. Pump the water into mist while the fan is running. RJF

That too can help a lot. even taking a T-shirt, dipping it into a sink of cold water and wringing it out and putting it immediately on, then sitting in front of a fan blowing on you, will cool you down several degrees while also allowing you to work at your scroll  saw and be quite comfortable while doing so. This method lasts for about 40 minutes until the shirt gets dry, then back to the sink

Still waiting for the under 100 days. won't happen this coming week though. Good news is tomorrow night it is supposed to get in the mid 70's  a night. That will be nice to get up to, as least for a couple of hours

Nice and cool here in the Old Pueblo, hasn't been much over 105 or so and 80's at night.  It's dry heat though. lol  I still say at least you don't have to scrape it off you're windshield and you don't have to shovel sunshine. Monsoon season has been a bust so far down here.

I moved my saw into the laundry room and that's where it's going to stay!
