rjR Posted September 3, 2020 Report Posted September 3, 2020 That is a looking very fine so far. Blade tension & lubrication are also important too. The instruction book with my 1st scrollsaw stated to use beeswax as a blade lubricant. I have used candle stubs as lube ever since, although none are beeswax any more. A scrollsaw vendor (http://pozsgaidesigns.com/) told me about the trick of putiing clear tape over the work. it also makes the saw cut better. amazingkevin and JustSomeOldDude 2 Quote
