I'm almost certain that I am going to take a stab at it.  I doubt that I will do as well as you did Dave, but you have given me something to strive towards.

I made it about 15" across. If I make another one I will go bigger.

I usually don't get very good results when I stack cut two 3/4" pieces for inlaying so I cut the pieces individually. I think they fit pretty good.

I redrew it because those lines are much too heavy.

I keep all the flavors I used in stock. Species used..........walnut, Peruvian walnut, aspen, yellow heart, cedar, blood wood, canary and cedar.
