Charlie E Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 (edited) Recognize this kid from a 1980’s movie yet? *Finished up Ralph Macchio as Daniel Larusso in Karate Kid. This one makes me happy. Good memories from those years. Edited February 7, 2023 by Charlie E scrollingforsanity, RabidAlien, JackJones and 5 others 8 Quote

It's a boy, and there are a couple of things already in the cutting that should give it away, if you are familiar with the movie and this scene . scrollingforsanity 1 Quote

heppnerguy Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 (edited) I just started trying to learn to do portrait patterns. I have struggled along and I have done a few, that came out pretty well but I am trying to make an effort to learn all the process so I can do them from memory. I did the lesson that Travis has on making a pattern of William Shattner and I will post what it for you to see. I know it is not a perfect pattern but I am pretty pleased with it and I am going to try and stay away from my own personal criticisms. However I am going to post this in the 'Bragging Rights ' as I will be looking for ideas that will make my pattern better. I WANT to see it through other peoples eyes so I can know what to look for in the coming efforts. It is those criticisms that I am after for my own personal help in my new venture to learn this pattern making. I hope you will give me suggestions as well, as it is apparent that you understand this process very well. Dick heppnerguy Edited February 8, 2023 by heppnerguy Charlie E 1 Quote
