Are there any scroll saw bobble head patterns out there?

I thought now that I am an official Scroller, since I have met the Famous @Scrappile and @heppnerguy  I should put something in my car that signifies that .  So I thought it would be cool if I could make a scrollsaw bobble head for my car.  Is there such a thing?  I googled it and couldn't find any.  I don't care what it is...such as an animal or?  Thanks.

Might email Steve Good of Scrollosaw workshop and suggest it.  He sends out pattern daily, maybe he would welcome a suggestion.

Yep, you go to his blog site: https://scrollsawworkshop.blogspot.com.   Scroll down just a little past "Donate" and it says "Email E".  Click on that.

Okay, you are correct, he is going to give it a try....said he hadn't even thought of that one...we will wait and see if he can come up with one....

I suck at making patterns but some how my mind made up a method.

Take your picture, put it on one side of compound 1.5" x 1.5" and make a side view for the other side.  Cut out.  Fun step.

Now you have your head.  Drill a hole on bottom for mount with a spring.   (use for Chistmas ornaments also)

Choose some body shape for bottom half.  Totally your choice. cut out using compound techniques.

paint as you see fit. 

stick in any car of choice. Husbands?   

Send patterns to scapile and others. 

Another variation.... make your bobble head a chess piece queen of scroll saw.

Mark, I do like the queen idea! However, I was thinking more of a kitten bobble head....not one of me

I have never even given a bobblehead pattern a thought. I am not one that even is interested in them, as they seem so silly to me. Maybe I just need to expand my thoughts a little and try to enjoy things that don't seem to interest me when i first see them. What do you think? Remember, now that  you have met me, you know just how goofy of a guy I really am.

Yes, you are goofy .  I think they have to be the right one.... Hmmm I think I would like one with a person sitting at a scroll saw...that would be cool.  I will mention that to Steve Good. T hat would look good in my window...Miss you and @Scrappile already!

Funny 2 hours ago that image of 3d compound cut of a scroll saw popped into my head.  I was driving home.   

I might try that experiment next.

That would be fantastic!   I for some odd reason do not have a 3D image in my head...just a 2D....Anyway, I  am unsure what a compound cut looks like....

@MarieC 3D, in my opinion is the most fun scrolling.  You, cut away on a little block of wood and the fun is when you break away the waste there is you cutting from inside.  I still amazes me when I see what you wanted come out of that piece of wood.  You can do some fancy things like chess pieces and neat ornaments,  or you can do just fun thing. The one I still can't get my head around there are patterns that when you cut one side you see one thing turn the piece to the other side you see something totally different.  search "3D scroll saw cutting". pretty interesting and fun to do.

I agree. It always blows me away when one can get two totally different saying or  ideas on just one project of combination cuts. Pretty darn interesting to me.

You think I am goofy...and you are right, of course but I remember the goofy look on your face when a Quarter with a heads and a tail suddenly no  longer had a 'tails' at all, but instead it  had heads on both sides.

Paul, Thank you, I did see some really nice things online once I googled them, I especially like some of the ornaments.  I bet it is possible to make a bobble head of some type...will wait to see if someone can come up with one.

Now that is cute!...that would definitely be a bobble head...I am thinking more of a person sitting at a scroll saw with their big head bobbing.  But I think this is a cute bobble head! Thank you!

Yes, that is what I ended up using. But. because of the size I had to find an extra small spring, found it is a six color pen. It had the smallest spring.

Steve Good has a pattern, Scroll Saw Man, that looks like what you describe, it's a layered design (not compound cut) the neck is 1/2" x 1/2" so you could make the neck a little longer and enlarge the head a bit...

It is totally interesting how people get different images just from a series of words.

Due to un-popular requests (none).   I took up another experiment. 

I created a inkscape file to build a small model of a scrollsaw.   

The C arm can move up and down. .  Thus kinda like a bobble mechanism.  The link to Youtube is a 9 sec video showing some movement.

Since I was thinking bobble head.    I got a bit crazy and questioned,  hat topper.   Yuck. .  

Also attached is a pdf file from inkscape file.   
It is kinda cheesy.  If someone wanted to add style to the design.   I can supply you with inkscape file. 

If any one decides to use this make the cutting table higher.  It needs more action.

Now this thread has taken meaning to different people.  I imagined the scrollsaw bobble head to be another piece that had could bobble over the scrollsaw model.
Yes a Queen / King,  chess piece with a custom pattern to match each users face.

Mark, Wow!  that is super cool.  Do you think it would bobble up an down on it's own in the back of my car?...I suppose it would around Spokane roads since many are full of cracks and pot holes    So you said to make the cutting table higher...are you saying to make it closer to the C arm or just move the whole thing up.  Someone mentioned using a spring to make the bobble heads move up and down...do you think that would work on this, like a spring from a pen?  Mark thanks again for a completed example of this!
