Popular Post Charlie E Posted October 2, 2023 Popular Post Report Posted October 2, 2023 (edited) ***I’ll add each days new picture to the end of the thread. When my first grandson, Ryder, was about 4 he left his beloved poseable skeleton outside one October day and when I walked past his house I put it on his bicycle like it was riding and he loved it. So I started making a new scene with it while he was at daycare, and added a skeleton or two as time went on. I did it again a couple of years later and I've decided to have Skelly Bob return this year. Ryder is now 9 and his sister Saige is 6. I'll add pictures to this post as the month goes on. preprius Posted October 3, 2023 Report Posted October 3, 2023 Holloween can be fun with creativity. A very well known designer says.... If people don't love or hate your work, you just have not done all that much. Tinker Hatfield, Nike shoe designer. Keep up the creativity. It does wonders for kids also. My dad kept me from getting into trouble by helping setting up the house for holloween. I had my teenager help set up a UFO in front yard. 3 years in a row. The 3rd year small busses showed up. We had over 400 people visit. meflick, danny, MarieC and 1 other 3 1 Quote

Charlie E Posted October 12, 2023 Author Report Posted October 12, 2023 (edited) I’m not sure of the size of the demographic that will get this. A very popular television show in the USA when I was growing up was , Happy Days, a spin off of the movie, American Graffiti. It was great in the beginning and it didn’t age very well. Towards the end, Fonzie, the cool guy, water ski jumped over a shark. It was really lame and now the saying for a show that has lasted past being good entertainment is, “It jumped the shark.” Oh, and Fonzie’s tag line was, “AAAYYY!!!” Edited October 12, 2023 by Charlie E Scrappile, danny, barb.j.enders and 1 other 1 3 Quote
Scrappile Posted October 12, 2023 Report Posted October 12, 2023 Remember the show.. lot of laughs, but yes got weak towards the end. Least they knew to quit when they were ahead. Besides you can only play a teenager for so many years. Charlie E and barb.j.enders 2 Quote
