I just placed an order today.  I have ordered several times and never disappointed.  I have ordered from several places over the years and theirs is the nicest product I have seen. Prices are reasonable too.

I have spent several hundred dollars there and need to place another order soon. Almost perfect. Their sizes are exact. If you order a 6-inch wide board, you get a board that is 6 inches wide. Defects are few, minor, and far between. I have never had a board that I thought was worth the trouble to get replaced.

I ordered many times from them always fully satisfied and if some items are not up to par, they will sent you a replacement.

We have a store here in Canada that sell lot’s of specialty hardwood and even with 40% exchange on the dollar, it was cheaper to order from Ocooch, plus I received more wood because if you order 8” wide you get 8” here you get 7 3/4

I order most of my scrolling wood from them. The service is impeccable, the quality is great, and they will replace a damaged piece, I have never had a need to do that.  The shipping to NY is a little high, but as it is said, "You get what you pay for"

This is the only source that I order hardwoods from! I used to use another source but the price kept going up and so was the shipping while the quality of the wood was not always what I would expect! You wont go wrong with Ocooch wood and shipment times!

I have ordered from them several times without any issues and are now the only folks I use. Their wood quality is as good or better than the competitors. Another huge advantage of using them is how quick they get the wood to you. With other companies, I have had to wait several weeks. Ocooch is shipped out within a few days. They periodically have some pretty good sales and they give 10% veteran discounts.

What everyone has said I have ordered 3 times in the last year and the ordrs arrived quickly and the wood was top notch.  I did not know they gave a military discount.  Makes it even better.
