We have some great videos here to help you learn how to make patterns, you can go to the scrolling university and download them or check out Scroll Saw Goodies to find those as well as some additional videos. We would love to see your work and you can make your own gallery with no size limit. Have fun and I hope to see you around the village square.

  14. mmmmm lets see, designer firewood. Since I started out using spiral blades I have been messing around with some flats, just trying to get the feel for them. I have to tell you, I am thinking of staying with my spirals, although I am not giving up on the flats just yet.

  22. Thanks Travis, I am sure I won't have to do to much, as I believe that we have some great folks here who tend to moderate themselves. But thanks for the welcome and if I can be of any assistance to anyone please let me know.
  23. Great Job on that pattern. I don't see to much that I personally would change on it, maybe connect a couple areas and widen a bridge here and there, but your pattern came out fantastic. If this is your very first pattern then I can not wait to see your future patterns, they will be a 1000 times better than mine.

  25. Travis, You take care of those things you need to take care of first. I am sure that everyone will understand, we will just call this the spring break. Not to mention it will give some folks time to refine the work they have been doing on their patterns.
