  1. Dick, this is an outstanding bit of intarsia work, your wife is a lucky lady. Len

Way to go Rob, your coworkers son will have a great time with it. Len
  3. Dick, what do you mean, trying to learn? To me, it looks as if you've got a handle on it already. Len
  4. I've never dealt with them, but, you'd think they would reply to an e-mail. Len
  5. Dave, is the cutting finished, or, just the pattern? I'd really like to see a picture of the finished project, if possible. Len
  6. Good on you Dick, that should fetch a tidy sum. Len
  7. Now that is colorful, they sure do like their ribbon and bows. A happy customer, is a customer who'll return. Len
  8. Peter, that is an outstanding cutting, I do agree with you though, it needs a better suited frame. On this type of cutting, I always stack cut them. It's a shame to do all that work, and end up with only one copy. Len
  9. Merlin, you sure did a tidy job of cutting this one out. The lettering and doves are near perfect, and the gold backer is over the top. Len
  10. Brian, I hear you, the kids nowadays, just don't seem to know how to act in public. A remedy to having your puzzles dumped, is to covering your puzzle with stretchable plastic wrap so they can't be disassembled. If a person wants to try out a puzzle, have a sample one that they can work with. I never had my puzzles played with, they were all wrapped in plastic or they had a plastic bag over them. Having them protected that way didn't seem to affect sales, and it made it a lot easier to transport them. Len
  11. Neil, that looks fantastic. Are you sure you made this, or, is it the one that's missing from the Opry? Len
  12. Nicely done Pete, it looks sharp. Yes,one would definitely need patience to cut one of these out, I don't think I would have the patience you did. Len
  13. Nicely done Loren, these four items are outstanding. I especially like the little bird cutting, simple and cute. Len
  14. Loren, my backers are always the same size as the item I'm using them on. I finish the item, then I paint the backer and glue the two together. As for the edges, I don't do a thing with them because the frame will cover that part of the cutting. Len
  15. Kevin, take some time to smell the coffee, you're rushing around doing things and making mistakes. If you slowed down just a bit, maybe you wouldn't make as many. It is good to see that your keeping busy though, good luck with the dentist.. Len
  16. Dave, this piece looks fantastic, the colored background really gives it a finished look. Len
  17. Edward, did you forget something? Len

Edward, what are you sorry for? This cutting needs no apology, it looks fantastic. I can only imagine how much they'll appreciate getting it, its a special cutting for a special occasion. Len
  19. Two nice looking pieces Loren, both pieces look to have been fairly easy to cut. Len

Travis, thanks for the tip on how to control the stain from running, it is very useful. I like the look of the colored one in the last picture, I don't think the eyes look quite right. Len
  21. Larry, it's easy to see that you enjoy cutting these birds, if you didn't they wouldn't look nearly as nice as they do. All six pieces look fantastic, they should fetch a good dollar for you. Len
  22. Andrew, what caused the thing to keep collapsing? What the heck did you use for a vac system, it had to have had to much power. Len
  23. Trail and error Bob, that's the way to go. You won't look like an idiot, if you know how to do it in advance. Len
  24. To far for me, if it wasn't such a long drive I'd love to go. Len
  25. Looks nice Jerry, I've always liked the look of this pattern. Len
